   These Terms of Use apply to any use of Discovery tour's punta cana  services in Punta Cana. Please read these Terms of Use carefully, as they contain important information concerning your legal rights and limitations on these rights, as well as a section regarding applicable law and jurisdiction of disputes. By accessing or using Discovery tour's Punta cana, you are indicating that you have read these Terms of Use and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with all of these Terms of Use, you are not permitted to access or use the services.. .

General

1.Discovery tour's Punta cana offers boat, Buggy Parasailing, ATV and UTV tours in the Punta Cana area. We are a tour supplier and work with local tour operators. all travelers must follow the rules and instructions given to them by the tour operators upon arrival at the tour location

2. We reserve the right to change routes as well as start and end locations when weather conditions, shallows or other legitimate reasons so require. We will, as far as possible, inform passengers thereof in a timely manner.

3. Safety is paramount

4. By booking a ticket or renting a boat you are accepting the terms and conditions of Discovery tour's Punta cana

 Transfers

1. You must ensure that, at the Pick Up Time, one of the Passengers has with them a mobile (or other similar means of communication) that is switched on and is contactable using the contact number provided during the booking process.

2. Once you have made your booking, we will send a confirmation e-mail and will receive a text  with all the relevant information in regards to your pick up.

3. On the day of your pickup, wait outside at the allocated location at the time provided in the confirmation email.

4. Failure to show up at the pick up location on time will result in missing your tour and no refund will be issued

The Tours

1. Valid reasons for the cancellation of the tour are weather conditions (storms, high waves, strong winds) hindering or making the tour impossible.

2. In case of misconduct, whether or not caused by alcohol consumption, the tour operator has the right to pause or immediately terminate the trip

4. Passengers must follow all instructions of the tour operator and/or its employees promptly and without delay.

Liability

1. Discovery tour's Punta cana not liable for any damage to and/or loss of the passenger’s property. The passenger takes all their property on board entirely at their own risk.

2. All activities organized by Discovery tour's Punta cana take place entirely at the passengers’ own risk.

3. Children fall under the responsibility of the parent(s). 

 Payment, cancellation and amendments

1. In the case of a booking: in agreement with our offer, we will send you a confirmation of the booking.

2. The client may cancel the booking and receive a full refund up to 24 hours before the start of the tour. Within 24 hours of the tour no refund will given with the exception of cancellations due to forces of nature ( storms, hurricanes etc)

5. In the case of extreme weather conditions, amendments to times and dates of the tour can be made free of charge
